Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our crew needs 1-2 business days to pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment. We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on the move.

We offer two ways to get your loot, depending on your need for speed and budget:

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Best for when you need your new Destiny Plushie or Anime figure ASAP. Fully trackable.
🐢 Free Shipping (Orders Over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
- A great budget-friendly option for larger hauls like CosCups, Homeware, or multiple Apparel items. Trackable.
Note: We ship globally! However, delivery to some remote areas in Asia and other regions might be unavailable or delayed. Check your cart at checkout for the final availability. All delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges: Our Geek-Friendly Guarantee
We get it—sometimes that Hatsune Miku figure isn’t the right shade, or the gaming locker doesn’t fit your setup like you dreamed. Our returns process is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and respectful of your passion.

- You have 15 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Most items in new, unopened, “mint in box” condition are eligible.
- Refunds hit your original payment method in 5-10 business days after we process your return.

- Condition Required: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and seals intact. Think collector’s standard!
- Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or confirmation email ready.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
To protect our community and ensure fairness, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is about fairness and hygiene—just like you wouldn’t swap an opened collectible.
- Personalized Personalized/Customized Items: Any product modified with names, gamer tags, or custom artwork (e.g., engraved CosCups, custom Hatsune Miku apparel).
- Opened Opened Software & Games: Video games, downloadable content, or software where the seal is broken.
- Intimate Intimate Apparel & Fancy Dress: For hygiene reasons, costumes, fancy dress items, and intimate apparel if the original protective packaging is removed.
- Final Sale Clearance or “Final Sale” Items: Any product marked as final sale at purchase.
Please Note: Items from seasonal collections like “Christmas” or “Advent & Countdown Characters” are returnable as long as they meet the standard conditions (unopened, within 15 days). The holiday doesn’t affect your rights!
🔄 Step-by-Step: How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Our Crew: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason. Use the template below to make it easy!
- Get Your RMA: We’ll review your request (within 1-2 business days) and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not ship anything without an RMA.
- Pack It Up: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories and tags. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

💰 Refunds: Timing & Methods
We process refunds with the same care we pack your orders.
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse (allow 3-5 business days for transit and processing), we’ll initiate your refund.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 5-10 business days after we approve the return. The exact time depends on your bank or payment processor.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Exchanges: For size or item exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement via your chosen method once the return is processed. No extra payment is needed if the item value is the same.
⚠️ Important Notes: Please allow up to 15 business days for the entire process. We’re based in Las Vegas but serve globally, so international returns may take longer.
